Our PATIENT REGISTRATION FORM is now available online for you to complete before you come in. Having this form completed before arriving can save up to 20-30 minutes of waiting to be seen! To access the form, hit the link below (our Urgent Care House) and complete the form using your personal computer. Then PRINT and bring them with you! (Be sure to download and review the WAIVERS also.)

HOW TO VERIFY YOUR INSURANCE

We have provided step-by-step instructions on how to verify your own insurance to ensure that our clinics are in-network with your health insurance policy. There is a CHECKLIST included with the instructions. This CHECKLIST is also part of the PATIENT REGISTRATION FORM.

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care is the only 24 hour urgent care clinic in the area, closing only on Christmas day.

Walk-In Patients Welcome - No Appointment Necessary

We welcome walk-in patients. The average wait time is about 30 minutes.

Most Insurance Plans Accepted

We accept all PPO’s, Medicare, Tricare, and most HMO’s. In addition to Hemet Community Medical Group, we are now the In-Network Urgent Care for Scripps Physicians Medical Group. Call us for the most current list of other accepted insurance policies. Excellent rates for cash paying patients. NOTE: We are NOT contracted with Medi-Cal.

Immediate Care for Non-Emergency Illnesses & Injuries

Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care treats illnesses and injuries that require immediate, but not emergency care. Providers at Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care can often fill a need that may exist between primary care physicians and hospital emergency rooms during times when a doctor’s appointment is not readily available.

On-Site Services

Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care is unique in that most services can be performed in our urgent care clinic. This includes providing on-site X-ray, minor surgical procedures, and lab services.

Digital X-Ray On-Site

Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care stands out among other urgent cares with on-site digital x-ray. This provides quicker results as well as a major convenience for patients.

On-Site Physical Therapy

We are proud partners with RMS Physical Therapy Department. With this partnership, we can usually get patients in for evaluations and other therapy appointments within a day.

Vaccines and Flu Shots

We provide vaccinations and flu shots for schools, colleges, and pre-employment. We are able to hold immunization clinics.  Call to discuss hosting a shot clinic for your school, organization, or business. Call for availability for some of the vaccines we offer:

Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care’s ability to provide episodic care for acute, non-life threatening illness and injury is an important community resource, and keeps patients out of the emergency room for non-emergency care. This results in cost savings to both consumers (in the form of lower co-pays or deductible utilization), and employers in terms of total charges.

We participate and support local community events and charities. We proudly sponsor team sports and student organizations for local area schools. Our staff regularly volunteer for community events and service organizations.
